Cancellation & Refund Policy

At NOSTALO™, all products are personalised and made-to-order using customer-submitted photographs and preferences.

Orders may only be cancelled before the design or production process has begun. Once an order enters customisation, printing, or production, cancellation may not be possible.

As our products are customised, refunds are generally not applicable after production begins. Refunds may only be considered in cases where:the wrong product was delivered,
the product arrived materially damaged,
a duplicate payment was made,
or the order could not be fulfilled by NOSTALO™.

Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with relevant photographs and order details.

Customers are requested to carefully review all layout previews, spellings, photographs, and details before approving designs for printing. NOSTALO™ shall not be responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Minor variations in colour, brightness, cropping, or print appearance between digital previews and final printed products may occur and shall not be considered defects.
