Return Policy

At NOSTALO™, all products are personalised and made-to-order using customer-submitted photographs and customisation preferences.

Due to the customised nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted for non-defective items.

Returns may only be accepted in the following cases:

  • the wrong product was delivered,
  • the product arrived materially damaged,
  • the product has a manufacturing defect, or
  • the order could not be fulfilled correctly by NOSTALO™.

Customers must raise any return request within 48 hours of delivery along with relevant photographs, unboxing images/videos, and order details for verification purposes.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging where applicable.

Minor variations in colour, brightness, cropping, alignment, or print appearance between digital previews and final printed products may occur and shall not be considered defects.

Customers are requested to carefully review all photographs, spellings, layouts, and details before approving designs for printing. NOSTALO™ shall not be responsible for customer-approved errors.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • personalised photo books,
  • customised albums,
  • made-to-order memory products,
  • products approved by the customer before printing,
  • digitally delivered design previews.
