Estimated delivery timelines are indicative only and may be affected by courier operations, weather conditions, regional restrictions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order. NOSTALO™ shall not be responsible for delays or delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package appears visibly damaged during delivery, customers are advised to contact us promptly with relevant photographs and order details.
