How to choose
A few words, a chapter,

Choose Yaadein when the photographs lead and a short caption is enough. Choose Katha when the book has chapters, with a title and a few lines to open each one. Choose Kahani when you want to write at length — letters, tributes and family stories.

What is The Akshar Collection?
Our finest photo books: layflat designs built around writing as well as photographs, printed on 600 gsm certified recycled European paper. Every page has space for words — captions, chapter titles, notes or full stories.
What paper is used?
600 gsm certified recycled European paper — a bright, pure white sheet, free of impurities, chosen for the clarity of both photographs and text. It is the heaviest and finest paper we use.
How much does an Akshar book cost?
₹2,499 for a 16-page book, with ₹150 for every two additional pages, up to 50 pages.
Do I have to write something for every photo?
No. Write as much or as little as you like — any caption or text box you don’t need can be removed from the page in the editor.
Can I change the layouts and fonts?
Yes. Every design is a starting point. Photographs, text, layouts and pages are all editable, and pages can be added or removed.
Is it a good gift?
Yes. A book with words in it is personal in a way photographs alone are not — it works well for birthdays, anniversaries, tributes and family milestones.
